Viewing the status of your order at Basetao.

On most of the pages, you will see this sidebar:

It contains a bunch of statuses. The most important ones are Pending, Ordered and Arrived.

Directly after placing an order, it can be found by click on the "Pending” label.

Once an agent has succesfully placed the order for you, they will move the order to the "Ordered" label.

Then, once it arrives to the warehouse, the weight will be detailed, and QC pictures will be taken. You can then find your order under the "Arrived" label.

When you want to ask a question about a certain item that you have ordered, all you need to do is click on the little green text balloon and you will be able to put a note with that product. Previously placed notes can also be found here.
