Find the item you want on Taobao and copy the link of that item.

Go to Basetao, log in and then paste your link in the "link bar" on the top right of your screen. Once pasted, press "Search".

This will open up the shopping page on Basetao where you can select the size and color of the item. The page will look like this:

• Select your size (if applicable).
• Select the desired color/model (if applicable).
• Select the quantity that you would like to order.

If there are any questions regarding the product you're ordering, you can put those in the note attached to the order. This can be useful for instance when you are buying something and you aren't sure which size you need.

Click on the big "Add to cart" button. A pop-up will appear, asking you if you want to continue shopping (stay on this order page), or if you want to go to your shopping cart. Select your preference. For this tutorial, we will go to the shopping cart.

Your shopping cart will look similar to this:

All the items will be grouped by seller, sorted from newest to oldest addition to the cart. Select the product(s) you want to purchase and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the "Check out" button to proceed with your purchase.

You will be taken to a page where you will have an overview of your to-be-placed order:

There is an option to ask your agent to remove packaging. So when you are ordering shoes (for example) and you don't want to keep the box, check this box.

Make sure the order is correct, and click on the orange "Pay" button.

Congratulations! You have just made your Taobao order with Basetao!
